1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the elon platform and all services under it. By creating an account or starting to use the services on elonbet.cam, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you use the platform without reading these Terms, you bear full responsibility for that.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To open an account on the elon platform and use any betting or casino services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform — this is strictly prohibited.

Information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate and truthful. elon may at any time request documents needed to verify identity. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed. Each person may operate only one account — holding multiple accounts is prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

A correct name, mobile number, and email address must be provided at registration. The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. It is the user's responsibility to keep their password sufficiently complex and not share it with third parties. elon support must be notified as soon as the user becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on the elon platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking or bank account registered in the user's own name. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will not be accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New users at elon will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500, and to be able to withdraw, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

Each bonus offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. Bonuses may only be wagered on eligible games — which games are eligible is stated in the bonus section of the elon platform. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, elon reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the associated account. Attempting to use one bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

When playing sports betting and casino games on the elon platform, users must follow the rules of the relevant game or market. Bet outcomes are final and the scope for objection is limited. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, elon reserves the right to correct it.

Live bet odds may change after a sports event has started. Bets placed before the odds change will be settled at those original odds; however, if the event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded. In any dispute relating to an event, elon's decision will be considered final.

If a bet is found to be connected to match-fixing, a fraudulent event, or any form of cheating, it will be voided and action will be taken against the associated account.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

elon's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Moving up VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity, and decisions regarding this are at elon's discretion.

In the event of VIP membership suspension or cancellation, elon will notify the user in advance; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of Terms violations.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the elon platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person
• Deliberately creating accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or algorithms in any way
• Placing bets through automated bots or programs
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Betting with third-party funds

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

elon believes that gaming is a means of enjoyment, not an addiction. Every user should set their own budget and time limits and stick to them. If it feels like gaming is getting out of control, help should be sought promptly.

10 Mobile App

elon's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to use of the mobile app. The user is responsible for any transactions made while using the app.

11 Account Suspension and Cancellation

elon may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• If the account was opened with incorrect or false information
• Refusal or delay in identity verification
• If evidence of financial fraud or suspicious activity is found
• If the user themselves requests account closure

If there is a valid balance before permanent account closure and there is no reason for a Terms violation, arrangements will be made to return it.

12 Limitation of Liability

elon is not liable for any financial loss arising from a user's betting or gaming. elon's liability for problems caused by technical issues, network disruptions, or failure of third-party services is limited.

elon does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee winnings. Each bet or game is an independent decision and the user alone is responsible for the consequences of that decision.
